All hotel rooms are based on two Full / Double beds or one King/Queen bed depends on what hotel availiable on the day. The maximum occupancy per room is four travelers.

- Minors Policy: Guests under 18 years old must travel with at least one adult. Travelers are responsible for any issues or expenses that result from incorrect or incomplete booking information.
- Accurate Booking Info Required: Please ensure that your full name, gender, valid mobile number, flight details, and tour location are all correct when booking. Inaccurate information may cause travel disruptions that are the guest’s responsibility.
- Hotel Policies: Rooms typically have either two Full/Double beds or one King/Queen bed, depending on hotel availability. A maximum of 4 guests per room is allowed. Hotel check-in begins at 3:00 PM. Bed types and specific room arrangements cannot be guaranteed.
- Hotel Policies:Guests must comply with each hotel’s individual deposit policy.
- Tickets & Admissions: City Passes or personal attraction tickets will not be accepted. All attraction admissions and meal costs are subject to change without notice. Tickets purchased through the tour are non-refundable, even if lower rates become available elsewhere.
- Itinerary Flexibility: JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday may adjust the itinerary as needed to ensure smooth tour operation. However, included experiences will remain equivalent.
- Itinerary Flexibility: If a scenic spot is closed due to holidays, weather, or other unforeseen conditions, it may be replaced with a similar destination.
- Attraction Operating Hours: Some parks and attractions may have limited capacity or changing hours due to health and safety regulations. These changes are considered force majeure and may impact the itinerary.
- Booster Seat Requirement: Children under 8 years old are required to use a booster seat to participate. Rental available at USD10.00 per day per child—please request at time of booking.
