  • Public Transport: Up to 3 children between 6-14 years of age can travel free of charge. Children under 6 years of age, luggage, strollers and a dog generally travel free of charge.
  • The Berlin WelcomeCard as an online ticket is valid for the period specified on the ticket and must be carried as an A4 printout.
  • Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER) and the city of Potsdam are in tariff zone C. Guests therefore need the Berlin WelcomeCard ABC. It is not possible to add a connecting ticket C to the Berlin WelcomeCard AB. The tariff zones A and B cover the Berlin city area.

As an extension to the classical Berlin WelcomeCard variants, there is also the Berlin WelcomeCard Museum Island for art and culture enthusiasts. In addition to the services of the Berlin WelcomeCard 72h Berlin AB or ABC also gives you free entry to the museums of the Museum Island (special exhibitions are excluded). For three consecutive days, the holders of the Berlin WelcomeCard Museum Island can visit for free the famous museums (Ancient National Gallery, Ancient Museum, Bodemuseum, New Museum and exhibition Pergamonmuseum. Das Panorama) of the Berlin Museum Island.

Please note the opening hours oft the Berlin Museum Island: On Mondays, the National Museums in Berlin are closed.
