- Admission to the Berjaya Times Square Theme Park includes access to all amusement rides except some attractions that need pay-per-play (Arcade Games and some others.)
- Malaysian Citizens must present MyKad/My Kid upon ticket redemption. Failure to show proof of identity will incur a surcharge of RM 12 for Adults and RM 16 for children.
- Kindly note that the RM10.00 discount voucher (RM5 for Bubbles Café and RM5 for Go-Kart) will be discontinued starting from 31st March 2025.

- Ticket is valid for one time entry only.
- Admission includes all amusement rides.
- Child below 3 years old or below 90 cm in height is free of charge.
- Entry will not be allowed for an invalid ticket that is already redeemed, collected, consumed, lost or has expired. It will not be replaced, no refund will be provided.
- Height, weight, size and age restrictions and medical warnings apply to certain rides and attractions. These will be displayed at each relevant ride and attraction and made available from Guest Services. The attraction reserves the right to change its operating days and hours, including last admissi
- Operation Hours : Monday-Friday: 12:00 pm till 9:00 pm. Weekends, School and Public Holidays: 11:00 pm till 9:00 pm
- A surcharge will be imposed and collected at the counter if a non-Malaysian purchases a Malaysian ticket: RM20 for adults and RM16 for children.
- A surcharge of RM12.00 (Adult) or RM16.00 (Child) will be charged to customers who failed to present their Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad/MyKid) during redemption of Malaysian tickets category at counter Level 5
