We will meet at our office which is located close to the old town then proceed on our journey to Berat castle.
Under the guidance of your hosts, who are passionate about preserving their culinary heritage, you'll get hands-on experience preparing authentic Albanian dishes. The dishes you’ll prepare might include local specialties such as Stuffed Eggplants and Fërgesë (a traditional Albanian dish made with peppers, tomatoes, and cheese).
