09:00 AM: Explore the UNESCO-listed Galle Dutch Fort, a remarkable structure built by the Portuguese in 1588. This architectural gem, with its 14 bastions, blends European and South Asian styles. It is the best-preserved example of a European-built fortified city in Asia.
