Along the way, you'll cross the mighty Jamuna River via one of Bangladesh's longest bridges, offering sweeping views of the country's most important waterways. We'll stop at a local highway restaurant for lunch before continuing the scenic drive through villages and countryside. The total journey takes approximately 5 to 8 hours, depending on traffic and road conditions.

Upon arrival, you'll check into a traditional two-storied clay house, where you'll experience authentic village hospitality. Guests stay in a private room on the second floor, accessed by charming clay stairs reminiscent of climbing an old fort. The shared bathroom is located outside the house and is used by both the host family and guests. It features a Western-style toilet, shower, shampoo, shower gel, and bucket water facilities. While there is no water heater, hot water can be provided upon request. After settling in, spend a relaxing evening enjoying the peaceful village atmosphere. If your visit coincides with the village's weekly market day, we'll take a short walk through the lively local market, where villagers gather to buy, sell, and socialize. Evening snacks prepared by your host family will be served before dinner. Overnight stay at the traditional village homestay.

We'll stop at a small local tea stall for a cup of freshly brewed tea before returning to the homestay for breakfast. Later in the morning, join the women of the host family for a hands-on Bengali cooking session, where you'll learn how traditional village dishes are prepared using fresh local ingredients. Afterwards, enjoy the delicious lunch you've helped create.
