Embark on a hiking adventure along the Hawagala Trail in Sri Lanka's highlands. Begin your journey in the village of Landuyaya and ascend to a summit elevation of approximately 1,400 meters (4,593 feet).

Trek through montane forests and grasslands, home to diverse flora and fauna, including endemic bird species and butterflies. Enjoy panoramic views from the summit, encompassing the southern end of the central highlands, Nonperial Estate, Horton Plains, Pareiyangala, Haputale range, Bandarawela, Samanala Wewa, Udawalawe, and on clear days, even the coastal line off the Hambantota area.
