Meet your guide at the east entrance of the Temple of Heaven.

Temple of Heaven is the only one still well preserved Temple for holding holy ceremonies to the High god in China. Now it’s the best place to experience the local life. You will see locals do all kinds of morning exercises here. We will arrange a Taiji teacher to teach you some Tai Chi movements in the beautiful park area for 30-40 minutes.

Taichi is a soft style of traditional Chinese martial arts, or Kung Fu. It is based on slow body movements, and aims to bring mental calmness and clarity by focusing the mind solely on the subtle movements of the form. Practiced for both training and health benefits, its practice remains widespread among the Chinese people today.

After the Taiji class, follow your guide to explore the beautiful, ancient and mysterious temples for 2 hours. Experience the amzing Ecco wall and find the secret ecco stone with your guide.
Learn the old and new Beijing.

After the Temple of Heaven, we will take you to a beautiful tea house near the Temple offering all participants an opportunity to experience teas and culture from Central China. The tea master will introduce its area of origin and its distinct characteristics, and demonstrated the particular way in which the tea should be prepared and appreciated.
