As we walk through the market, your friendly guide will tell you where the fish live, how they're caught, and how they end up here. We'll even have some fun quizzes along the way. And if you're lucky, you might see a big tuna being taken apart – you'll get to see its bones and head up close! But that's not all! Your guide will also give you tips on how to cook fish. And you can even buy some great tuna fillets and blocks for a good price. To end the tour, I'll treat you to a tasty fish dish (mainly Sushi) at a local restaurant in the market. Our guide will show you how it's made! (One fish dish on the set menu is included in the tour price.) This tour is great for: People who love Sushi but want to learn more about the ingredients. Fishing fans who want to learn about fishing Sushi fish in Japan. Anyone who wants to try fresh fish. And of course, people who enjoy Japanese rice wine! (not included though...) Ready to join me?
