Next, discover the art of Khmer Rice Noodles, learning the labor-intensive process of making these fresh staples by hand. Along the way, you’ll taste and learn: sample fresh sticky rice in bamboo, see the delicate craft of rice paper, and try sweet dried bananas or potent rice wine. We also visit the bustling fish paste market to see a cornerstone of Khmer cuisine.
