It all starts with a theoretical class in which we teach you the equipment you will use, the basic notions of diving necessary for the activity, and how to handle ourselves during the dive. We also show you the signals we use to communicate underwater and give you an idea of the underwater environment and landscape.

Once the theory is complete, we gear up and head to the lake. With the water at waist height, we invite you to breathe through the regulator while kneeling in the water. Then, we ask you to lie down and practice diving at the bottom to familiarize yourself with the sensation.

When you feel ready and comfortable, we begin the actual dive. Although we initially accompany you for comfort, we eventually allow you to explore on your own. We will show you the typical flora and fauna of the lake, take pictures of your experience and finally return to the surface.
