Meet at our bookstore-wine shop, where we will talk about:

• Apulian viticulture: from its beginnings to the present day;
• the terroir and distribution of Primitivo;
• production areas and winemaking styles.

The following will be tasted:

• 1 glass of Metodo Classico brut rosé (32 months on the lees),
• 1 glass of Primitivo Puglia IGP,
• 1 glass of Primitivo di Gioia del Colle PDO,
• 1 glass of natural sweet Primitivo di Manduria DOCG;
• final remarks.

The tasting session is accompanied by a brunch of Apulian cold cuts and cheeses from the Gargano and the Valle d'Itria.

The duration of the tasting is 2 hours.

The tasting session is available with prior booking and for a group of up to 10 people.
