What you can expect

  • The 3 options for visitors with the Volcanic Bath Package include 1 meal of your choice from: Breakfast at Café del Cielo, or Lunch or Dinner at Luna Restaurante: 2 courses (main course + dessert). Beverages are not included.

    You will have access to the 4 pools and hot tub with volcanic hot water and spectacular views.

    Plus Luna Healing Spa treatments according to the option chosen:
    Option 1: 1 facial (45 min) or 1 steam bath (30 min).
    Option 2: 1 exfoliation with volcanic ash and sea salt (30 min).
    Option 3: 1 relaxing massage (1 hr).

    Towels, bathrobes, showers with soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion will be available. Access to lockers, restrooms, and changing rooms.

    For safety reasons, children under 6 years of age are not allowed in the pool and whirlpool area, given their location, even when accompanied by their parents.

    The availability of the pools, the Luna Healing Spa treatments, and the selected food will be confirmed when the booking is completed. A sales executive will contact you to coordinate and schedule each service. If, due to lack of availability, we are unable to provide the booked services – access to the pools, treatment, and food – you will receive a full refund.

    Please arrive at the SPA 15 minutes before your treatment.
    The slots will be reserved at the SPA. If you do not show up on the scheduled date and time, you will forfeit your treatments and incur a 100% cancellation fee.
