Day 1: Arrival and Relaxation
Arrive at the retreat and check in. Spend some time settling in and relaxing before enjoying an Ayurvedic detox drink.
Then, take part in a gentle yoga therapy session, followed by mantra chanting and Tratak. End the day with a light Ayurvedic dinner and a restful night’s sleep.
Day 2: Detox and Healing
Wake up early and learn about the detox process. Participate in cleansing practices like Jal Neti, Laghu Shankha Prakshalana, and Kunjal Kriya.
Enjoy an Ayurvedic breakfast, then relax and spend time in nature. After lunch, experience Yoga Nidra and sound healing, followed by a Satsang session.
End the day with Karma Yoga, an Ayurvedic dinner, and a restful night.
Day 3: Renewal and Departure
Start the day with yoga and meditation, followed by breakfast. Enjoy an Ayurvedic treatment and a final lunch.
