Morning Drive to Lang Son: Travel approximately three hours towards the Chinese border, arriving at Chi Lang Pass, a historic 20km-long gorge surrounded by mountains. Explore Quy Mon Quan Gate, dubbed "The Gate of Monsters," a site of significant Vietnamese victories against invaders dating back to 981 AD. Lunch & Afternoon Exploration: Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant in Dong Dang. Visit Mother’s Temple and the Dong Khe historical site, where the first battle of the Indochina Wars occurred in 1950.
