Upon arrival at our serene yoga space in Ubud, you'll be warmly welcomed with a refreshing welcome drink, setting the tone for a tranquil experience. We begin with introductions, creating a safe and supportive environment for your healing journey.

Next, you'll be guided through a pranayama breathing practice, designed to center your mind and prepare your body for deep healing. This is followed by a powerful energy cleansing session, where you'll release emotional traumas, pain, and energy blockages that no longer serve you.

The experience culminates with a Sound & Healing Mantra session, where the soothing vibrations of sound therapy help elevate your energy levels and bring clarity and focus to your mind. Through a combination of sound healing, meditation, and prana healing, you'll feel your vibrations rise, restoring balance and harmony within.

This holistic approach is tailored to address various needs, including self-healing, depression, anxiety, burnout, migraines, and emotional flexibility.
