This activity is a hands-on Balinese cooking class operated by Bumbu Asli Restaurant, located near Tegenungan Waterfall. The class focuses on traditional Balinese home-style cooking methods and introduces participants to commonly used local ingredients.
The cooking class starts at 9:00 AM and is available once per day. Participants begin by preparing Balinese basic spice paste (Bumbu Bali) and sambal, which are commonly used in local dishes. After that, the session continues with the preparation of several Balinese dishes, including one dessert. All recipes are prepared step by step with guidance during the cooking process.
The session lasts approximately 2 hours and is suitable for beginners as well as participants with prior cooking experience. All ingredients and cooking equipment are provided. After the cooking session, participants eat the dishes they have prepared. Entrance access to Tegenungan Waterfall is included as part of the activity.
