    Start your journey with a visit to Bibi-Heybat Mosque and the site of Azerbaijan’s historic first oil well before heading to Gobustan.     Continue to the unique landscape of the Mud Volcanoes, where you’ll switch to a 4x4 vehicle for an off-road journey through the remote terrain. See the bubbling mud formations and enjoy the unusual, almost otherworldly scenery of Gobustan.

    After Gobustan, travel to the Absheron Peninsula and discover Azerbaijan’s fascinating connection with fire and natural gas.
