During this 3-hour workshop, discover the techniques behind two delicious flans: a classic vanilla flan and a marbled vanilla-chocolate flan. You’ll prepare a buttery shortcrust pastry, make and flavor silky custard creams, create the marbled effect and prepare a homemade praline topping.
Working in small groups, you'll be guided step by step by your chef while learning professional pastry techniques in a friendly atmosphere. Enjoy your creations with a fresh fruit juice and share a convivial moment with fellow participants.
