Please be informed that Awana SkyWay (formerly known as Genting Highlands Premium Outlets Cable Car) will be temporarily closed for maintenance.

Maintenance Details:

  • Date: 20 – 29 April 2026

  • Duration: 10 days

  • Purpose: 2026 – 2nd Quarterly Maintenance

During this period, Genting SkyWay (formerly known as Genting Gohtong Jaya Cable Car / Old Cable Car) will continue operating from 07:00 to 23:00 to serve visitors.

Board a crystal-clear gondola at Awana Station and enjoy a scenic 10-minute cable car ride to Genting Highlands. As you ascend, admire sweeping views of misty mountains, lush rainforests, and elegant pagodas rising above the greenery.

You may also stop at Chin Swee Station to visit the renowned Chin Swee Caves Temple, a Taoist sanctuary nestled in the highlands. Take memorable photos of its iconic landmarks, including the nine-storey pagoda, Sky Terrace, and the striking 15-meter-tall Buddha statue. Upon reaching Genting Highlands, discover an array of attractions, luxury accommodations, shopping destinations, and thrilling theme parks.
