WHAT THE EXPERIENCE INCLUDES:

• Private guided visit of Ávila, accompanied by an official tour guide, visiting the city's main heritage sites. Depending on the option selected, the experience will also include admission to the interior of the Cathedral, the Basilica of San Vicente, and a climb to one of the sections of the Wall, from where you will enjoy unique panoramic views.
• Entrance fees to monuments, included in the option with admission to interiors.
• Artisanal yolk rounding workshop, where participants will learn about and experience firsthand the traditional process of making this emblematic Avila sweet.
• Food tasting of local products: 1 red wine and 1 white wine with the Cebreros PDO, and 2 local artisanal cheeses, made from sheep and goat milk.

PROGRAM:

Morning schedule (Monday to Friday)
· 10:30 AM – 12:30 PM: Private guided tour of Ávila's main historical sites. In the option with admission, the tour also includes a visit inside the Cathedral, the Basilica of San Vicente, and a climb to the Ramparts.
· 12:30 pm – 1:30 pm: Exclusive workshop on rounding egg yolks, with an explanation and practice of the artisanal process, accompanied by a food tasting of the bakery's specialties.
· 1:30 – 2:00 PM: Tasting of 2 Cebreros PDO wines and 2 local cheeses, perfect for rounding off the experience with a gourmet touch.

Afternoon schedule (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday)
· 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM: Private guided tour of Ávila's main historical sites. In the option with admission, the tour also includes a visit inside the cathedral, the Basilica of San Vicente, and a climb to the ramparts.
· 7:30 PM – 8:30 PM: Exclusive yolk rounding workshop, with explanation and practice of the artisanal process, accompanied by a food tasting of the bakery's specialties.
· 8:30 PM – 9:00 PM: Tasting of 2 Cebreros PDO wines and 2 local cheeses, perfect to round off the experience.

DURATION: Approximately 3.5 hours, designed to be enjoyed at a leisurely pace, harmoniously combining history, culture, and gastronomy.
