Meet your expert instructor at Truim Falls near Newtonmore and Dalwhinnie, a classic venue renowned for its natural slides, jumps, deep pools, and the beauty of Scottish pine forests. After gearing up with all provided equipment (wetsuit, helmet, buoyancy aid, boots, and more), you’ll enter the gorge for a thrilling session of climbing, scrambling, sliding down flumes, and making jumps from 1 ft up to an adrenaline-charged 20 ft. The journey starts with a route downriver to build confidence, followed by a return up the gorge with more challenging features and a grand finale big jump for the brave.

No previous experience is required—features are all “challenge by choice,” so you can join in at your own pace and comfort level. Your guides will make sure everyone stays safe, confident, and energized throughout the activity.
