Fall Creek Vineyards

Fall Creek Vineyards was founded by Ed and Susan Auler, Texas cattle ranchers who discovered a passion for wine during a trip to France. Recognizing the Texas Hill Country’s similarities to European wine regions, they planted their first vineyard, which grew from 1/4 acre to 7 1/2 acres. Named after nearby Fall Creek Falls, the winery embraces a site-specific philosophy and focuses on varietals like Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, Grenache, and Tempranillo.
