  • DEPARTURE POINT Choice of pickup from our main tour departure point: Parking Kiss and Ride, 2 Mikolaja Zyblikiewicza street, in front of the "Zabka" store or selected hotels near Old Twon Cracow.
  • If you do not require hotel pickup, or your hotel cannot be serviced, you must make your own way to the main tour departure point: Parking Kiss and Ride, 2 Mikolaja Zyblikiewicza street, in front of the "Zabka" store. Check-in at this location is 15 minutes prior to the booked tour start time.
  • PICKUP SERVICE Our pickup service is available from selected hotels near Old Town Cracow. Depending on the location of the hotel, the pickup service will be between 30–50 minutes before the tour departure time.

Around 1.5 million people—Jews, Poles, and political prisoners—died at the hands of the Nazis at Auschwitz-Birkenau. See for yourself where the atrocities of the Nazis' “Final Solution” were carried out on this poignant guided tour of the Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial and Museum.

Settle into your seat in a comfortable shuttle for the ride out to the site and watch a 55-minute documentary screened to give you the background and history of the camp on your way. Once you arrive at Auschwitz-Birkenau, the largest of the Nazi death camps, head out on a tour through the exhibitions in the prison blocks, the gas chambers, and the crematorium.

Step inside the Martydrom Museum to see sculptures and artwork created by former prisoners, examine exhibits chronicling the atrocities of the Holocaust along the way, and feel free to ask questions of your guide before you return to your shuttle and ride back to Krakow.
