  • In case of an odd number of people, one of them will have to pay 10 USD at check in because one person would use an individual ATV.
  • You must be 16 years old to drive the ATV, and must be accompanied by an adult.
  • The maximum weight allowed is 264lb.
  • Not wheelchair accessible, Have no serious medical condition, Not recommened for pregnant women
  • Meeting points for travelers that are in downtown hotels and airbnb's or any location that we can't reach: Cancun Meeting Point: in front of the lobby at Oasis Smart in Tulum Avenue Playa Del Carmen: Cocobongo at Playa Del Carmen
  • Tulum: There is no pick up in any hotel or Airbnb, if the Customer wants to get there by its own, please get in contact with us so we can provide assistance. Another option would be for the Customer to move to Playa Del Carmen at Coco bongo which is the closest meeting point
  • The pickup time is set according to your location and the availability of the tour, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as possible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service
  • The 9:30 schedule pickups start at 7:30 am, and the 12:00 pm pickups start at 10:30
  • Depending on the availability, the schedule can change, a customer care agent from us will get in touch to let the customer know about the situation. If the Customer is not able to take the change or schedules, it will be 100 percent refundable

Then strap on a helmet jump on an ATV and ride through the wild terrains as we spectate the wildlife that submerges our every move, all safety equipment necessary will be proved for you so leave your concerns at home and have a blast.

Last but not least cool off in naturally created cenote that once you zipline drop into the refreshing water filled with inhabiting creatures your body will thank you. Finally, relax in the comfortable transportation provided for us to make our way back to the hotels.

For guests inTulum: There is no pick up in any hotel or airbnb, if the Customer wants to get there by it's own please get in contact with us so we can provide assistance. Another option would be for the Customer to move to Playa Del Carmen at Cocobongo wich is the closest meeting point.
