What you can expect

Prepare a variety of ramen variations, including spicy miso, peanut coconut, creamy tonkotsu-style, curry, minced soy meat, rayu chili oil, fukujinzuke (pickled vegetables), and seasonal vegetable toppings.
Next, make a selection of gyoza, including pumpkin and leek, edamame, mock “duck,” sweet pumpkin, soy chili dip, and maple-cinnamon dip.
