Know before you book

  • To access your tickets and benefits, you must download the Smartvisit app (available in the App Store and Google Play) and enter your booking reference number. Please review the redemption instructions for further details on how to activate your pass.
  • Entry to the Acropolis is subject to booking (via the Smartvisit app) - it's recommended you book tickets in advance to avoid disappointment. You may only visit the Acropolis during your selected timeslot.
  • The pass is valid for 2 consecutive calendar days beginning on the date you visit the first attraction.
  • A period of 1 hour must pass between redeeming benefits (Hop-on Hop-off bus excluded).
  • Attraction operating times are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances - please check with the individual attraction operators before visiting.
  • Cancellation and refund requests will not be accepted if your pass has already been activated and used.
