All equipment is provided (yoga mats, blocks, straps, blankets), and the studio offers restrooms and showers so you can freshen up before continuing your day in Athens.

A unique feature of this experience is the music: a curated playlist of soulful pieces composed by well-known and contemporary Greek artists. After class, you’ll receive the playlist along with suggestions to explore more Greek music on your own.
