Leaving Assisi and shortly after the village of San Vitale, you will be surrounded by olive trees that will accompany you to Spello, the pearl of Umbria. At first you can enjoy the panoramic view of the town from the Via degli Ulivi and then immerse yourself in its characteristic alleys.
