This is the perfect opportunity!

You'll learn to knead fresh pasta just like our grandmothers did, guided by an excellent Cesarina who will teach you this ancient art. It's a fun and educational opportunity to share with your family or friends, or even on your own!

You'll learn how to roll two types of fresh pasta by hand:

  • Fettuccine
  • Orecchiette, Ravioli, or Strozzapreti

You'll also get to enjoy a tasting of the pasta you've prepared at the end of the lesson, plus a welcome aperitif with local cheeses, cold cuts, olive oil, and wine.
