The menu you will prepare includes:

  • Enriched yeasted dough for versatile breads
  • Pull-apart pesto star bread filled with sunflower seed pesto and Pecorino Romano
  • Black and white seed braided bread topped with sesame and poppy seeds
  • Sunflower seed pesto for dipping or spreading

You’ll learn kneading, shaping, and filling techniques while gaining confidence to recreate these breads at home. Guests are welcome to bring wine or beer to enjoy as they bake and share their creations in this 2-hour class.
