Historical and cultural preservation of “Lori-Berd “stretched on a mountain plateau of almost triangle shape, situated approximately 1490 meters above sea level, bordered by deep ravines of Miskhana and Dzoraget rivers in the western settlement of Lori - Berd near Stepanavan, Armenia. Historian Vardan Arevelci (8th century) has given reliable information about the Castle in reserve territory. David Anhoghin of Kyurikid’s branch of Ani’s Bagratid dynasty founded Lori - Berd nearly in 989-1048.
Tsover lake

Tsover Lake Dsegh is located in the Lori Region of Armenia, 3 km southeast of Dsegh village, it is a monument of geological nature in the plate-shaped depression of the northern slope of the Tsovighash peak of the Sevordats mountain range. It is registered in the list of state nature monuments of the Ministry of Nature Protection of Armenia. It was included in the list of state natural monuments in accordance with the decision of the Government of Armenia "On approving the list of natural monuments of the Republic of Armenia" adopted on August 14, 2008.
Hnevank Monastery

Hnevank is a 7th-12th century Armenian Apostolic Church monastery, located near the village of Kurtan in the Lori Province of Armenia. The monastery is situated on a hill within a gorge, near where the Dzoraget and Gargar rivers join. The monastery was entirely rebuilt by lord Smbat of the House of Orbelian, a branch of the Liparitids who were expelled to Armenia in the late 12th century from Georgia. Liparitids were themselves a branch of the Mamikonians. Smbat was the ancestor of the Armenian princes of Syunik. A Georgian inscription around the drum attests his name. The monastery has a gavit and various service buildings scattered around the site. The government of Armenia has recently begun renovating the monastery. The collapsed dome of the main church has been restored entirely.

Arevatsag Gorge - Tsitsqar, this place has gained wide popularity in society due to its beautiful views. The locals call the rock Tsitsqar. It is located in the Dzoraget Canyon of the Lori region of Armenia, next to the Dzoraget river. There is a lot of controversy, especially among local residents, whether Tsitsqar is located in the gorge of Arevatsag village or Kurtan village. Tsitsqar is located in Arevatsag village (formerly Ghachaghan village).
