Under the expert guidance of our chef and instructors, you'll prepare a full meal, including 2 starters Main and vegetables, and a delicious desert with dulce de leche. Everything is prepared from scratch together, and enjoyed with 2 different wine pairings. We offer coffee with the dessert. The menu of the class depends on the type of class booked, either Cooking Class, or the Asado Grill Master Class.

You'll be welcomed with an Argentine mixed drink, put on your apron, and get to know our chefs, the kitchen space, and other guests. You'll receive a recipe booklet that you can take home as well!

Getting Started with Culinary Mastery:
Under the expert guidance of our chef instructor, you'll prepare the empanada fillings together, chipa, main entree, and dessert with step-by-step guidance, and participation! The instructors will make sure you are well guided, and supported, and also have fun!

Wine Pairing:
Sample a carefully curated selection of Argentine wines, each chosen to complement the rich flavors of your class creations.

The class is a group activity, and each participant plays a key part in making the meal come together! You will enjoy slicing, chopping, mixing, and grilling, and finally, enjoy the meal together at our table.
