Begin your day with a pickup from your hotel in Apia. Head out on a scenic coastal drive along the east coast, passing through modern and traditional villages.

Make your first stop at the Fupisia Waterfall or the Sopoaga Waterfall. Continue the scenic drive towards Lotofaga and straight to the To Sua Ocean Trench.

Next, stop at Lalomanu Beach where lunch will be served. Enjoy a chance to swim or snorkel for those who chose not to swim in the Trench.

On the return trip, drive through Alepata District and head back towards Le Mafa Pass. Make your last stop at Piula Cave Pool for a fresh water swim before returning to your hotel.
