After a night at stunning Annapurna Base Camp, we return along the same trail to Sinuwa, at 2,340 meters. The descent offers new views of varied landscapes. While the uphill trek was challenging, walking down is easier on the legs and allows you to soak in fantastic mountain scenery.
As you pass through bamboo forests and cross suspension bridges over rushing rivers, you’ll notice the land shift from rocky snow to lush green. Each turn reveals more breathtaking peaks, making the return just as enjoyable as the ascent.
At Sinuwa, local teahouses warmly welcome you, and you can rest for the night in this peaceful village surrounded by nature. Despite some challenges, this trek offers a perfect balance of sightseeing and relaxation.
Day 10: Descend to Jhinu and drive to Pokhara.
