The mural fresco tradition in Lyon has a strong link with the Mexican muralist movement.

For two hours, we will visit the 7th and 8th districts of the city of Lyon, with the aim of discovering the relationship between the two nations. A local guide will take you and explain some of the frescoes located in the city of Lyon.

First, we will find ourselves in front of the fresco tribute to Diego Rivera. Rivera is a famous painter from Mexico, and the goal is to share the reasons.

On the way to the Jean Jaurès station to admire the work of the Lyon muralists CitéCréation. Looking at the Fresco of Lights, we will evoke the passage to Mexico City that has inspired the founders of CitéCréation.
