What you can expect

  • Meet your guide at the jetty and receive a brief introduction and safety instructions. Enjoy a welcome drink of tender coconut or herbal juice before setting off on your adventure.

Begin with a 2-hour kayaking adventure. Paddle through narrow canals and lush coconut-lined waterways, exploring hidden village routes inaccessible by motorboats. Enjoy serene views and spot birds and local life along the way.

Next, walk to a nearby traditional Kerala home for an authentic local lunch. Enjoy a homely meal served on a banana leaf, featuring Kerala rice, aviyal, thoran, sambar, pickle, fish fry (optional), and payasam. Relax and interact with the hosts.

After lunch, board a covered Shikkara boat for a 3-hour laid-back backwater cruise. Travel through scenic canals of Kainakary and Kuttanad. Enjoy optional tea and snacks served onboard.

End your tour with a short adrenaline-pumping speed boat ride, offering great photo and video opportunities. Return to the jetty for departure.
