The class takes place in a real working restaurant kitchen — a warm, authentic space where people from Alicante come to eat. Using fresh, quality ingredients, you’ll chop, mix, cook and taste your way through a varied menu inspired by Spanish and Mediterranean cuisine.

This is a complete hands-on cooking class, but also an introduction to the Spanish tradition of sharing food. Tapas are not simply small portions: they are different dishes enjoyed around the same table, accompanied by a drink, good conversation and good company.

On the menu: classic Spanish tortilla; creamy salmorejo from Córdoba; Delicias de Elche, dates filled with almonds and wrapped in bacon; a traditional marinera, made with creamy Spanish potato salad served on a crunchy bread ring and topped with an anchovy; a crispy toast with grilled Iberian pork and a creamy nougat sauce with a touch of brandyand; pumpkin buñuelos for dessert.

After cooking, sit down with the group to enjoy everything you have prepared, accompanied by a drink of your choice — including our homemade sangría. At the very end of the meal, a solo Spanish guitarist will perform a few songs, adding a brief final touch of Mediterranean atmosphere to the experience.
