After being collected from your accommodation in Portimão, you will be taken to Visit two wine estates of the demarcated region of the Algarve. Your guide (and owner of the company) is an expert in wine and will provide in-depth knowledge about the world of wine and the process of wine making in general.

You will learn about aspects such as the selection and cultivation of grapes, viticulture, grapes processing, vinification, stage of wine, the role of the wood and the blending process. you will also learn of the organization of a winery, the history and current panorama of wine in Portugal and in the region. Your guide will also run you through the concepts involved in wine degustation, as you learn the tasting techniques and understanding how to analyze the flavors of a wine.
