What you can expect

Set in the rolling hills of Alcamo and overlooking the mediterranean Learn the ancient skill of Sicilian baking. In this experience you will learn to make: Pizza, schiacciate and pane cunzato with with our very own Alessandro Chiarelli, before enjoying a delicious lunch or dinner featuring the pasta they created. The meal will be perfectly paired with three organic wines: Catarratto, Grillo, and Nero d’Avola. The experience takes place at Feudo Manostalla, approximately 1km from the winery nearby.
