        Your experience begins with a short guided visit to the estate, where you will learn about Algarve Gourmet, the local terroir, native grape varieties and the Mediterranean diet that inspires the region’s cuisine.

        In a tasting room overlooking the vineyard, enjoy a live showcooking session where four gourmet tapas are freshly prepared using seasonal, locally sourced ingredients. Each dish is carefully paired with a selected Algarve wine, creating a balanced and memorable tasting experience.

        The pairings are designed to highlight both the flavours of the food and the aromatic profile of each wine, offering a deeper understanding of Algarve gastronomy.

        The experience is enhanced by live traditional Portuguese music, creating a unique and immersive cultural atmosphere.

        At the end, guests may purchase signature products, estate wines and selected regional products.
