We'll meet at the meeting point, where we'll give you the access wristband to the Tsuuk Akumal Natural Park. This is where Akumal Beach is located, one of the most well-known areas to observe sea turtles in the Riviera Maya. Before you go in the water, we'll give you all the gear you need for the activity: a mask, a new snorkel, and a life jacket. That way, you can enjoy the experience safely and comfortably.

If it's your first time snorkeling, your guide will explain the basics before starting, so this activity is ideal for both beginners and experienced snorkelers.
Once in the water, you'll explore the calm bay of Akumal looking for green sea turtles in their natural habitat. You'll also be able to observe tropical fish, coral formations, rays, and other species that frequent this area. In the protected natural area, you must always follow the guide and comply with the rules explained to protect marine life. We also need to keep a respectful and safe distance from these animals. During the activity, your guide will also try to capture the best photos of your underwater experience, which are included in your experience so you can take home your memories with the turtles.

At the end of the snorkeling activity, you can stay at the beach and enjoy the sea and the facilities for the rest of the day if you wish. You'll have access to Akumal Beach with services like bathrooms, showers, and lockers. If it's your first time snorkeling, your guide will explain the basics before starting, so this activity is ideal for both beginners and people with experience.

Photos depend on water visibility and conditions. Your guide will look for the best angle for your photos. You'll get your photos at the end of the activity. If there's a lot of work that day, we'll ask for a contact to send the content the same day. It's included content so you can take home a complete experience

We don't run the parking lot where you'll arrive. There's a fee of 100 MXN for the whole day, and it's completely safe. Guests arriving by vehicle can go straight to this location and park there. It's the closest and most accessible parking area, as there's no free parking available in Akumal.
You must arrive on time, 15 minutes before your reservation, as other reservations are scheduled in the following hours and this helps us respect the time of all other guests.
