Participants must be able to walk for about 3 hours. The hike is on rugged, stony terrain that can be slippery in some places. The ascent does not exceed 400 m.
The exact meeting point is communicated a few days before the hiking tour. It is easily accessible from Aix-en-Provence or Marseille by car or public transportation.
Suitable walking or trail shoes are mandatory. Anyone wearing unsuitable shoes may be denied access to the hiking tour.
Bring 1.5 L of water and appropriate clothing for the season: cap, windbreaker, light or warm clothing.
Please note that there are two options available for this hiking tour:
- half-day hiking tour lasting approximately 3.5 hours.
- sunset hiking tour lasting approximately 4 hours and 15 minutes.
For the sunset hike, bring a flashlight for the descent.
