    1. Welcome & Personal Consultation
      Your experience begins with a personal consultation. We will ask about areas of tension, discomfort, travel fatigue, and your treatment preferences so that your session can be personalized to your individual needs.

    2. Personalized Japanese Wellness Treatment
      Relax in a private Japanese tatami room with shoji screens, soft lighting, and a calm atmosphere.

    Your treatment is customized to your body and preferences and may combine Japanese bodywork, acupressure, gentle stretching, and acupuncture using ultra-fine disposable needles.

    Acupuncture is completely optional. If you prefer not to have acupuncture, your treatment will be customized without it.

    1. Japanese Tea & Sweets
      After your treatment, take time to relax and enjoy Japanese tea with traditional Japanese sweets.

    This peaceful moment allows you to experience another side of Japanese culture while slowly transitioning back into your journey.
