Take an hour drive out of Accra to the mini game reserve at Shai. Take a safari drive through the reserve to discover what it has to offer for the curios visitor in terms of animal and plant life.

You will be picked up at your preferred location in a private vehicle for the hour drive to the park. On arrival embark on a drive through it to see some wild animals such as baboons, monkeys, antelopes, zebras and ostrich.

Also get to take a rope up the Mogo Ancestral Hills which served as the home of the Shai people until evicted by the British for their refusal to pay poll-tax. It still serves as the spiritual and sacred grounds for the people who occasionally visit it during their festivals. From this hill take a spectacular view of the reserve from a bird-eye view.
