Meet at 8:00 AM in Riva Trigoso, a hamlet of Sestri Levante (GE).
Here you will meet your mountain guide and begin the approach to the cliff on foot, with a leisurely walk of about 45 minutes.
The location chosen for this day of climbing will seem truly spectacular to you: Punta Baffe is in fact a high sandstone cliff overlooking the Ligurian Sea and crowned by an ancient watchtower.
Once you reach the cliff face, your guide will give an introductory briefing to explain the basic climbing techniques and safety rules. You will put on your harness and gradually begin your climb, with 9 climbing points of increasing difficulty set up on the wall, up to a maximum of 12 meters. Generally, a beginner climber manages to climb up to 4–5 meters.
As this is an exclusive experience for small groups (1–5 people), the guide will monitor you closely at all times and help you progress. If you already have experience, he will give you tips to improve your technique.
The total duration of the activity is 5 hours, of which approximately 4 hours will be spent climbing.
