Our macaroon pastry workshop is not a demonstration, but a truly immersive workshop. With Céline's help and advice, you'll make your own macaroons. Among other things, you'll make the shells and a Swiss meringue buttercream filling.
This workshop is ideal for gourmets who want to master the art of macaron making. It's also the ideal activity for spending a creative moment with friends or family during a stay in Geneva.
Easily accessible from the Lancy Bachet train station, Atelier C si simple offers a fully-equipped 100 m2 space for pastry classes for 4 to 24 people. You can work as a duo or a team, depending on the number of people booked. Each group has its own work surface, complete with ingredients and equipment.
