I would be delighted if you would join me for a fun afternoon of baking and afternoon tea. We’ll begin by making fresh, buttery scones from scratch. While they bake, we’ll prepare classic cucumber sandwiches and chat about the history and quirks of British teatime traditions. We will then enjoy the fruits of our labour over afternoon tea with a slice of home made cake. Hosting and sharing food with others has always been a passion of mine, I am now training to be a chef and hope you will enjoy this experience. This is a relaxed, hands-on class — you don’t need to be a baker! What is included: Hands-on baking session (no experience needed!)
