  • Reservations 5 days in advance will be subject to prior confirmation
  • Domestic flight from Lima to Cusco must arrive not later than 10:30hrs. Noon arrivals are too late.
  • It is forbidden the following objects: professional cameras that require lights and tripods, drones, selfie sticks, aerosols, high heels, walking sticks without rubber tips, banners and posters, sharp objects and backpacks that exceed the following dimensions: 40cm x 35 cm x 20 cm.
  • Carry the same document that you presented to the agency, given that the train tickets and entrance to Machu Picchu will be issued with the same information.
  • Please note that Check-In in most hotels begins at 13:00 hrs. Clients will be subject to the availability of the room if they arrive before, waiting in the hotel lobby
  • To preserve the Historical Sanctuary of Machu Picchu, as well as its condition as World Heritage, the Ministry of Culture has established different circuits to visit it.
  • We will make sure that your visit to the archaeological site is a memorable experience. However, please keep in mind, that either Circuit 2 or 3 will be assigned upon availability.

Day 1: Arrival in Lima

Arrive at Lima Airport where our representative will be waiting for you to transfer you to the hotel in Lima.

Day 2: Lima

Stroll over to the impressive Cathedral, and visit the Casa Aliaga, a colonial mansion granted in 1535 by chief conquistador Francisco Pizarro. Continue to the Larco Museum, located in the traditional Pueblo Libre district and housed in a beautifully restored viceregal mansion built over a seventh-century pre-Columbian pyramid.

Day 3: Lima - Cusco

Transfer to the airport to take the flight to Cusco. In the afternoon, visit Santo Domingo Convent. Then, visit the Cathedral, the most imposing monument of the Main Square. Head to the hills above Cusco to visit the remains of the fortress of Sacsayhuaman and the ruins of the temple and amphitheater of Qenqo. Admire Qenqo and then finally visit Puka Pukara.

Day 4: Cusco - Sacred Valley

Heading along the Sacred Valley towards the archaeological site of Moray. As with many Inca ruins, its exact function remains a mystery though the design of ever-wider concentric circular terraces means each level had a different microclimate and finally continue to Maras, where the salt ponds create a dazzling scene.

Day 5: Sacred Valley

You will be picked up from your hotel to visit the town of Chinchero, a traditional Cusco urban centre with a beautiful view of the valley. Then go to the Living Museum of Yucay, an Andean traditions centre where textile work, adobe, pottery and silverware are all manufactured as they were in antiquity. Later, have lunch in Ollantaytambo and visit the town of the Incas.

Day 6: Sacred Valley - Machu Picchu - Cusco

Visit the Lost City of the Incas is believed to have been built in the 1450s by Inca emperor Pachacuti as a holiday retreat, yet within a century the city would be abandoned following the Spanish conquest. Return to Aguas Calientes for lunch and then board the train back to Cusco.

Day 7: Cusco Departure

A transportation service will take you to Cusco’s airport for your departure from the city.
