Day 1: The Base Camp (Clearing, Private Land in Llucmajor)

Day 1 — Welcome, Private Finca & Survival Foundations The journey begins in a private 40-hectare finca near Llucmajor, where participants are welcomed, meet the group and start stepping away from daily noise. After an inspiring opening briefing, you receive your survival kit and begin slowing down, grounding yourself and reconnecting with nature through action. You learn the foundations of outdoor self-reliance: building your own shelter, essential knots, camp setup and fire-making in a safe, controlled environment aligned with local regulations. You also explore water awareness and purification while reconnecting with simplicity, presence and the natural world. As the sun sets, breathwork, ice bath and meditation help calm the nervous system and bring you into the present moment. The evening closes around the fire with a warm meal, shared conversations and an inspiring story about disconnecting from noise, reconnecting with yourself and remembering what truly matters.

Day 2 — Edible Plants, Mountains & Canyon Immersion Day 2 takes you deeper into Mallorca’s wild mountain landscapes, where the reset moves from base camp into real exploration. The morning begins with a workshop on edible and therapeutic plants, integrated into breakfast/brunch. You discover local plants, learn what can be safely used, and connect with the land in a simple, practical and sensory way. Then, guided by local experts, you move through mountain paths and canyon environments while learning natural navigation, orientation, rocky terrain movement and outdoor awareness. The day combines hiking, rope basics, rappel, nature immersion and survival-inspired skills in a safe and progressive way. This is where confidence starts to build: you leave your usual comfort zone, reconnect with your body and begin trusting yourself through direct experience.
